In my opinion this is one of the most absurd statements in the bible.
They were planning to kill someone because they had a problem with someone who had already died once and been brought back to life.
Their hearts were so hard that they wanted to exterminate any evidence of the goodness of God.
They knew God had done this yet they were still scheming.
Their hearts were so full of jealousy and selfish ambition.
To them Jesus was a real threat and that included anyone connected to Him.
What they planned for evil, God turned around for good.
There are no setbacks just setups.
Let Him show you this from His perspective.
Always bless what God is doing even if you struggle to understand.
Remember He created everyone not just you.
Bless everyone even those who give you a difficult time.
People may not agree with you but bless them all the same.
When you criticise someone you are criticising God’s creation.
When you label someone you are not speaking their true destiny.
It is OK to disagree with people.
You can even disagree with God.
But I suspect you may not get you very far.
But criticising people is not alright.
Loving them is perfectly acceptable at all times.
Blessing them is easy and productive.
Find out what His opinion is of someone and declare that out loud.
He sees the good in you, doesn’t He?
Do so likewise.
