Have ears to hear

But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 
(Matthew 7:26 NIV)

Don’t be like them. 
Listen as if your life depended on it because it does. 
It may not feel like it does and certainly don’t wait until it does. 

Now is the time to decide who or what you are going to listen to. 
Whose plans you are going to follow. 
Whose advice you are going to ask. 

You have that choice. 
He makes Himself fully available and willing. 
To guide and advise.

He will not take away your choices.
That free will is His greatest gift to you.
But He will be watching with keen interest what choices you do make.

Have ears to hear what He is saying to you.
They are words of wisdom.
They may feel alien to your thinking.
