But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was later to betray him, objected,
(John 12v4 NIV)

What a contrasting study between Judas and Mary.
A critical spirit is an indication of a rotten heart.
A lovely scene is shattered by the ugliness of what he was planning to do.

As for you keep your attitude and motives pure.
It may look good to others.
But He will know.

It doesn’t matter how long you have been a Christian.
It doesn’t matter how many miracles you have seen.
It doesn’t matter what you’ve done for God.

If your heart isn’t right it will stink.
Instead of the aroma from that perfume.
It will be perfume gone bad and it will be foul.

Don’t be critical.
Don’t criticise.
Even if you think you are right.

People may agree with you.
You can always find someone to agree with you.
It just won’t be Jesus that’s all.
